David has over 10 years of experience growing and running successful recruitment businesses, as well as other successful business experiences before that.
David’s primary responsibility is ensuring that Recruital’s recruitment processes are as efficient and effective as possible, allowing clients to get fantastic value from their Recruital subscription packages.
Sara started in retail where she gained 7 years’ experience in customer service, where she then adapted into her new career as an agent in a call centre. She then got promoted to Operation Support Assistant giving her more responsibilities and knowledge of the industry. Finally she moved into recruitment, starting with insurance and private medical care. Now, Sara is working with us here at Recruital sharing her expertise and knowledge.
Wayne has spent over a decade within the insurance sector progressing through the ranks up to sales management level before moving into recruitment. At Recruital, Wayne speaks to new and existing clients within the insurance sectors, building relationships and getting new roles for the team to work on. Sales and Insurance is in Wayne’s DNA and is something he gets a real buzz doing.

If something doesn’t work out, for whatever reason, you are free to recruit again as many times as you wish within the subscription plan and at no extra cost.
